What We Offer
A fast-acting, provider-supervised medication option for depression that hasn't responded to other treatments.
If you’ve tried antidepressant after antidepressant without relief, at-home ketamine treatment may be the next step in your medication plan. Prescribed and monitored by our psychiatric providers, it’s a clinically supervised option for adults with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, administered from the comfort of home.

What Is At-Home Ketamine Treatment?
At-home ketamine treatment uses low, medically supervised doses of ketamine — typically in a sublingual (dissolve-under-the-tongue) form — to target depression symptoms through a different pathway than traditional antidepressants. Where SSRIs and SNRIs can take four to six weeks to show any effect, ketamine often begins working within hours to days for eligible patients.
This isn’t a self-directed or unsupervised treatment. Every dose, dosage adjustment, and follow-up is managed by a licensed psychiatric provider as part of your broader medication plan.

What To Expect
Is At-Home Ketamine Treatment Right for You?
You may be a candidate if you experience:
- Depression that hasn’t improved with two or more medication trials
- Persistent low mood, hopelessness, or loss of interest despite treatment
- Anxiety or mood symptoms that interfere with daily functioning
- A need for faster symptom relief than standard antidepressants provide
Ketamine treatment isn’t appropriate for everyone. Certain medical and psychiatric histories require a different approach, which is why every patient starts with a full psychiatric evaluation before any prescribing decision is made.
How Our At-Home Ketamine Program Works
- Psychiatric evaluation. We review your diagnosis, treatment history, and current medications to confirm ketamine is a safe, appropriate fit.
- Prescribing and dosing plan. If cleared, your provider prescribes a starting dose and walks you through exactly how and when to take it.
- Supervised at-home dosing. You take your dose at home following a structured safety protocol, with vital sign checks and a required support person present during sessions.
- Follow-up and adjustment. Your provider monitors your response and adjusts your dosing schedule, working ketamine into your broader medication management plan alongside any other prescriptions.

What To Expect
Supervised, Not Solo

This is medication management, applied to a newer tool, with the same clinical oversight you’d expect from any prescription.
